It happens! Sometimes the knob from your pot lid goes missing! If this does, push a pointed screw up through the hole in the lid. Place a washer between the screw and the lid for extra stability. Now twist a wine cork onto the screw until it’s secure. This will allow you to grab your cookware safely.
