Summer tends to bring on rashes. I guess because we are outdoors more often. Whatever the case, you can soothe a rash with the anti-inflammatory properties of coconut oil. It will calm your skin while the lauric acid strengthens your skin’s barrier to help future rashes from developing. To do, rub a quarter-sized amount of the oil into your skin twice a day.
