Did you ever drop an egg? Ugh! How about cooking oil? Even worse! If there’s a next time, pour salt over this slimy mess. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Now, scrape up with a spatula. The salt will have absorbed the liquid making it clumpy. It should be a smear-free clean up!
