Tip of the Day: Lift Tea Stains with Beer

If you accidentally spill some tea on your carpet, tablecloth, or something else sop up as much as you can with a dry towel. Then, with another clean cloth, lightly dab beer onto the stain for about 10 seconds. The alcohol acts as a natural solvent to break down the tea’s stain causing tannins.
