Tip of the Day: Salt Prevents New Denim from Fading

If your brand new denim is causing stains on your clothing or accessories you should wash the jeans, jacket, or whatever alone in cold water with 1/4 cup of salt added to the wash cycle. Do this 2 or 3 times to allow the salt to set the dye pigments so they won’t bleed.
