Tip of the Day: Keep Tuna Salad from Getting Watery
If you add celery to your tuna salad you know it tends to make it watery. Here’s a fix: before you add the celery, sprinkle it with a bit of salt. Put the celery in a colander for about 15 minutes, then rinse off, dry, and add to your salad. The salt will have removed the excess water from the celery so your salad will be moist, delicious, and NOT watery!
