If you’ve put all the effort into baking and want to add the final touch of chocolate curls to your delicious dessert, but they come out crumbly and broken, here’s a trick to try: microwave the chocolate in 5 second intervals until just warm. Now run a vegetable peeler over the length of the chocolate bar. The heat has made the candy pliable enough so the blade slices cleanly to make your curls perfection!
