Tip of the Day: Grill Moist Delicious Chicken Breasts
Many times grilled chicken turns out dry. To avoid this, wrap a brick in aluminum foil and place this on top of the chicken breasts while they cook. The brick will keep the breasts partially covered so they won’t dry out. A bonus, the weight compacts the meat for even cooking.
