I know how tedious it can be when I make potato wedges for my family. Those crispy potato slices are never the same size! Here’s a great way to make a very easy task of this: use an apple slicer! Slice off one end of the potato then press down and those steak fries will form. Toss the wedges in oil and your favorite seasonings and cook as usual. Mmmm!
