Tip of the Day: Refrigerate Leftovers in LESS Than 2 Hours
Most food poisoning cases are due to meat that is cooked but left out to cool. Bacteria multiplies if meat is left out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Be sure to refrigerate your leftovers when they are cool enough not to spoil the already cold refrigerated food, but before 2 hours has gone by! Be safe!
