Cutting boards harbor germs! Especially wooden ones. Keep yours sanitized by rubbing a lemon half over the board’s surface. The acids in the lemon are a natural bleach that will kill bacteria as well as break down food stains. Rinse off after a few minutes. I also clean my kitchen sink with a lemon half and use the rind to scrub safely any stuck on food.
