You all know that supermarkets use misters to spray broccoli, lettuce, and more to look their best, but in fact, the less moisture the better to make your last longer and stay crisp. When you get your picks home, wrap in paper towels to absorb any excess moisture, NOT in a plastic bag. This will make them longer, maybe by a week!
