Tip of the Day: Erase Highlighter Marks from Books

It doesn’t matter if you have a used, hand-me-downed book or your own, highlighter marks can be distracting. You can erase these eyesores with some lemon juice on a Q-tip. Rub the swab over the marks and let dry. The natural bleaching property in the lemon juice will fade the liner and your book will be ready to pass on or read again.
