You know those little packets that come in shoe boxes, inside handbags, etc. They are silica packets. Why save? They’ve proven better to dry out wet cell phones than messy rice! They absorb moisture more effectively. If your device gets wet, place in a sealed zip-top bag along with a few packets for about 48 hours. They should do the trick. If you can’t wait to collect them, you can order on Amazon or find at Walmart. They keep jewelry from tarnishing too!
