If you frequent a pool, you know it can leave your swimsuits and towels smelling of chlorine. To rid this, as well as restore the softness to your towels, place them in your washing machine. Add 1 cup of white vinegar and 1/2 cup of baking soda. Fill the machine with water and soak for about a half hour. Now, run the regular cycle. The vinegar and baking soda will have neutralized the odor of the chlorine and also remove any buildup. Your towels and swimwear will be soft and sweet-smelling.
