Tip of the Day: Muffin Tins Make Great Cooling Racks
When you run out of cooling racks or don’t have any to begin with, substitute an upside-down muffin tin to do the job! The spaces in between the wells will allow your baked goods to cool more quickly because the air can circulate under the pan.
