If cheesecake is on the menu this holiday or any other time you want it to be perfect and mess-free. Baking cheesecake in a water bath ensures a creamy texture. But, sometimes, water can leak into the springform pan making it too moist and the last thing you need is to have to clean the oven because the springform pan leaked. To the rescue and still be able to give your cheesecake a water bath are turkey-sized oven bags! Simply lay the bag in a roasting pan, place the filled springform pan inside the bag, leave the bag unsealed. Now pour water into the roasting pan. The bag will guard your cake from water seepage and your cake will be smooth and creamy.
