Everyone loves the comfort of a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. If you are making more than one or two at a time it can become a tedious effort. Here’s a way to make several sandwich at once: place 2 cookie sheets in a 400° oven, assemble the sandwiches and butter only the outsides of the bread. Using a pot holder, lay the sandwiches in one pan and top with the other one. Bake for 10 minutes. You’ll have a whole tray of cheesy delight!
