Tip of the Day: Stop Nosebleeds with a Decongestant Spray

If you get nosebleeds due to dry air, a quick fix is with a nasal decongestant spray (like Afrin). Mist in and pinch your nose. This will calm and shrink the blood vessels in the nose to stop bleeding in its tracks. It also may help reduce future nose bleeds!
