Tip of Day: Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Rachael Ray has come up with a very easy way to make the favorite garlic mashed potato recipe! She easily infuses the flavor of the garlic by tossing peeled garlic cloves (about 3 per pound of spuds) into the pot while the potatoes are boiling! Drain, mash all together, add butter and milk as usual and bring to the table!!
