Whether its chopping dried fruit for a fruitcake or other dessert it can be a sticky mess! Why waste so much time? Instead, freeze the dried fruit for an hour before you’re ready to chop. This action will firm up the moisture in the fruit so it will be less sticky and much easier to cut. Clean up will be a breeze too.
