You are about to make that mouthwatering peanut butter and jelly sandwich you’ve been craving ALL day! You open the jar and, ugh, it’s very oily! Don’t panic! Just let gravity do the work for you by storing the jar upside down. The oil will travel down towards the lid and mix nicely with the peanut butter. If the oil ends up on the other side of the jar, you can always flip it and store it right side up again to let the oils mix again. The peanut butter is still good and safe to eat.
