Tip of the Day: A Better Way to Clean a Wooden Cutting Board
Did you know that over time, cleaning a wooden cutting board with soap and water will weaken the wood fibers? To preserve yours but still keep it clean saturate a paper towel with white vinegar. Wipe the board with this after each use. The disinfectant vinegar will kill any harmful bacteria without any scrubbing!
