Tip of the Day: Non-Stick Fish Grilling
If you love the taste of fresh grilled fish but not so much that these fillets stick to the grates here’s a solution: brush a thin coat of mayonnaise on the fish before grilling. The thicker consistency of the mayo will adhere better than oil to create a non-sticking barrier that won’t change the flavor of the fish.
