No matter how you slice them, brownies and bar treats are delicious! However, if presentation is also on your list you know that cutting these delights can be tricky. If you freeze your pan of brownies, etc. for one hour, they will firm up. Now you can use a large chef’s knife to trim off the rough edges (I save them because to me they’re the best part to snack on!) and cut into squares or rectangles!
