Tip of the Day: Dish Soap Makes a Flexible Ice Pack

An easy way to make a soft, flexible ice pack to keep in your freezer for times if need is with dish soap! Fill a zip-top freezer bag with dish soap (get some at the Dollar Store) and freeze. The soap gets icy but does not freeze solid or stiff which will make it more bendable to get around bumps and bruises on elbows and knees.
