Tip of the Day: Peel Kiwi Like a Pro

If your ripe kiwi is so soft that you can’t remove the skin with a knife or peeler, try this: cut off both ends of the fruit. With the cylinder that’s left, slide a spoon between the kiwi’s flesh and the peel and turn the kiwi pressing the back of the spoon against the peel. The whole fruit should slide right out!
