Tip of the Day: Aluminum Foil Keeps Celery Crisp

Since many of our Summer salad recipes call for celery, we want that bunch to last as long as possible. Keep the crunch in and the sogginess out by wrapping the stalks in aluminum foil. Plastic wraps and bags trap the ethylene gas that celery emits causing it to go limp. The foil lets the gas escape so you are left with crisp stalks!
