Tip of the Day: Shrimp on the Barbie? De-Shell Quickly

If you love shrimp but of course not the de-shelling part, but lets face it, it’s cheaper to buy that way, you can still save your pennies! Slide a scissors blade in between the shrimp’s shell and thickest part of the meat. Now, cut toward the tail carefully lifting the vein as you proceed. Voila! It’s off!
