Tip of the Day: Ripen Avocadoes Fast
If you have an unripe avocado and need it ripe ASAP wrap it in aluminum foil and bake at 200° for 15 minutes or until ripens. This low heat speeds up the release of ethylene gas that will ripen the fruit so it will be soft enough to make your favorite guacamole recipe or any other use you may have!
