Produce has a temporary life before it starts to decay and we have to discard. Extend the life of your produce by keeping it in the plastic bag that you put them in at the produce department, poke some holes into the bag, and add a moist paper towel. Most refrigerated produce thrive in high humidity so the bag and the moist towel will prevent moisture loss and the holes will prevent condensation that leads to mold.
