If you are a teetotaler you know tea bags with tags tend to slip inside the cup. This means you have to fish out the little cardboard piece, burn your fingers, and dry them! End this madness with a rubber band placed around the middle of the outside of the cup. Secure the tag under it and no more slippage! You’ll be able to remove it easily too.
