I’m prone to eye infections. For whatever reason, no one knows. A good rule of thumb is to get rid of old mascara because it can harbor germs. How to tell if it’s old? When you pull the mascara wand out of the cannister you should hear a pop. If not, too much air has gotten into the chamber and it’s time to replace!
