Tip of the Day: No Crumbling Cookies

If your fresh-baked cookies tend to stick to the baking pan making it impossible to remove them without breaking try some dental floss! Slide a taut strand of unwaxed dental floss between the bottom of partially cooled cookies and the baking sheet. This ultra thin string will loosen the cookies gently so they transfer in one piece.
