I hate to say this, but soon the days will turn cooler and cooler. This means mice will try to invade your basement or garage. They can squeeze and sneak through very tiny crevices. An easy way to ward them off is to stuff a scented dryer sheet in any of the areas where you see evidence of their entering. This is a better course than pricey traps or deadly poisons. The intense scent is unappealing to these critters so they won’t chew through to get inside.
