Tip of the Day: Outsmart Food Poisoning with Dairy
This may sound like a contradiction, but dairy products (ice cream included!) can keep GI upsets from food contamination at bay. This time of the year especially, with outdoor picnics and BBQs prevalent, we are more susceptible. Eat 4 dairy products per day to reduce your risk against the fast-growing bacteria.
