Tip of the Day: Separate Eggs With a Squeeze

The next time you are trying to separate egg yolks from whites to bake a cake, try this easy method: crack the egg into a bowl. Now, using a clean, empty water bottle squeeze the bottle over the yolk and release. This vacuum effect sucks the yolk into the bottle leaving the yolk behind!
