Tip of the Day: Keep Lawn Mowers Purring with Vinegar

If your lawn mower isn’t cutting like it used to when it was new it may be due to built-up grass on the blades. Spritz the blades with white vinegar to remove all this gunk. Let it sit for several hours then the grime and dirt should wipe off easily (do this carefully!) After you are finished, spray the clean blades with cooking spray to form a slippery barrier to prevent future gunk buildup.
