Many of us are have at-home parties during this Covid crisis. An easy way to keep your helium party balloons from rising is to carefully cut a slit into a tennis ball. Now, knot the strings of the balloons together and push into the slit so the knot is inside. You will have a bouquet of balloons that will add color and festivity to any party!
