Tip of the Day: Bitter Coffee? Add Eggshells!
If you purchased a new brand of coffee, but it’s too bitter for your taste, don’t toss it! Grab some clean crushed eggshells, add about 1 teaspoon to the coffee grinds before brewing. When done, the coffee should be more to your liking because the alkaline in the eggshells neutralizes the acidity in the coffee but doesn’t compromise the flavor.
