Tip of the Day: Tenderize Meat with Yogurt

If you have a tough piece of meat you can tenderize it so it will be less chewy by submerging it in a bowl of plain yogurt for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator. When ready to cook, shake off excess yogurt and season as usual. The yogurt’s enzymes will penetrate more deeply where other marinades can’t so your dinner will be tender and delicious!
