Most of us enjoy lasagna (my family especially) but reheating leftovers can dry out the original moist taste. Here’s a trick to make every piece like the first: poke some holes through the layers (the handle of a spoon works well) then pour a little milk over the top (about 2 teaspoons per serving). Cover and bake as usual until hot. The milk will have rehydrated the cheese and noodles. Mmmm good!
