Tip of the Day: Ensure Whipped Cream Stays Stiff
It doesn’t matter if it’s for your hot cocoa or a delicious dessert, we all want our whipped cream topping to hold up and stay stiff. To do, whip heavy cream into soft peaks. Now add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch for every cup of cream you used. Whip until the peaks are firm. The cornstarch will have stabilized proteins in the cream so it stands tall.
