Over time our stove grates get greasy and grimy. Spot cleaning is not enough to get the baked on gunk off. A way to clean these eyesores is to place them in a plastic bag (you may need more than one) then pour 2 cups of ammonia inside. Seal tightly. Let these sit outside or elsewhere, like a garage, overnight. In the morning empty the ammonia in a sink and rinse off. You’ll be amazed at the results!
