If your bag of white granulated sugar has become a big hard lump, don’t fret! This is caused by humidity. Start by crushing it with a rolling pin to break it up. Now, toss these chunks into a food processor or blender a little at a time. Your sugar should be usable and manageable now. Next time, store in a sealed freezer bag in the freezer. I do and never have any problems or lumps.
