Tip of the Day: Easily Prepare Acorn & Butternut Squash
If you love the taste of acorn, butternut, and any other hard-skinned squashes but don’t want to risk a trip to the ER just by cutting through the hard shell to cook them, try this: Poke some holes in the shin with a fork. Now bake at 350° until tender. The gourds will become very soft so you can halve and scoop out the flesh very easily. Season and its ready to eat!
