Over time the racks in our ovens have difficulty sliding in and out. To fix this remove the racks, rub the tracks in the oven lightly with steel wool, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Dry with another cloth and now wipe the tracks with a paper towel that has been soaked in vegetable oil. Do not let the oil drip. Replace the racks. Now that the tracks are free from grime the oven racks will slide in and out very easily.
