Tip of the Day: Keep Tires Inflated to Save Gas
In Winter, your car’s tires automatically lose air whether you drive a lot or a little. They lose 1-2 pounds per square inch of air for every 10° drop in temperature. That makes the engine work harder so you use more gas. You could save up to $60.00 on fill up during the Winter by keeping your tires pressure on the recommended inflation. (Look on the inside of the driver’s door to find the right pressure for your car).
