If you color your hair at home, due to Covid-19 or just because you like to, an easy way to protect your sink from the harsh dye, BEFORE you start, is by squirting some dish liquid on a damp sponge. Now wipe down the sink. The detergent will leave behind a protective coating that will prevent any dyes from setting.
