If you’ve ever cooked and eaten a delicious casserole only to dread the clean up because the cheese and grease has been baked on the pan here’s a fix: sprinkle Epsom salts all over the greasy mess and let sit for 10 minutes. The salt will dry up the moisture causing those stubborn food particles to break off. Now a quick scrub with the salts will remove any baked-on gunk.
